Job Description

Senior Setter handling qualified B2B appointment bookings using warm leads. Collaborating closely with the founder on pipeline and call quality in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Newsletter calls: Qualify contacts from our "KI-Klartext" AI newsletter and schedule initial meetings
  • Lead-magnet download calls: Call decision-makers who downloaded our guides, checklists, or whitepapers
  • DMC opening calls (prospective): Follow-up after events, webinars, and direct-mail campaigns
  • Thoroughly qualify leads and document them in Close CRM
  • Close coordination with the founder on pipeline and call quality

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or appointment setting with a verifiable track record
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI — you use AI tools yourself and can discuss the business value of AI on an equal footing; passion is essential to convince others
  • Experience engaging with decision-makers (CEOs, department heads) — ideally in mid-sized companies (Mittelstand)
  • Independent, structured work style — you don’t need someone telling you when to make calls
  • Native-level German
  • Data-driven approach: you track your results and continuously optimize your performance
