Job Description
Product Engineer criando software ponta a ponta para o IESDE, empresa brasileira de conteúdos e plataformas educacionais. Acelerando entregas com IA, prototipagem rápida e visão de produto.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate coding while maintaining technical quality and security
- Work with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to turn vague requirements into viable technical specifications
- Create functional prototypes and MVPs to validate business hypotheses
- Drive end-to-end deliveries, from technical conception to deployment and monitoring
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code with support from AI tools
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and identify vulnerabilities or hallucinations in AI-generated code
- Document architectural decisions to facilitate future maintenance
Requirements:
- Proven software development experience, minimum 2 years
- Strong proficiency in stacks such as JavaScript (Nest, Next, Nuxt), Python, PHP (Laravel), C# (.NET), and Dart (Flutter)
- Advanced understanding of data structures and databases
- Ability to create complex queries and perform data analysis
- Hands-on, day-to-day experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai, ChatGPT, or Claude for development
- Ability to structure prompts to design complex architectures
- Ability to identify security and logic flaws in AI-suggested code
- Ability to negotiate scope with the Product Owner and explain technical trade-offs to management
- Previous experience in startups or growth teams is a plus
- Experience with Design Systems or Figma is a plus
