Job Description

Senior SDET engineering AI-augmented UI, API, and backend test automation for First American’s title insurance and mortgage technology solutions. Integrating quality practices into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end quality engineering for enterprise applications
  • Architect and maintain scalable, AI-augmented automation frameworks for web and API testing
  • Build intelligent API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites with adaptive test coverage
  • Automate validation of OAuth2/JWT and Azure AD authentication flows within pipelines
  • Perform API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
  • Develop resilient UI automation with self-healing and AI-assisted selectors
  • Create database validation scripts and verify backend data integrity
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
  • Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to ensure release quality
  • Drive defect analytics, root cause insights, and coverage optimization using AI tools
  • Validate complex workflows, integrations, and multi-tenant systems at scale

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of IT experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C# with automation-first design
  • Experience with Playwright and Selenium test frameworks
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for test development
  • API automation and security testing experience with REST and OAuth2/JWT
  • UI automation experience with Angular and Karma/Jasmine or modern equivalents
  • SQL Server and T-SQL validation experience
  • Test reporting and observability experience with Allure and telemetry-driven quality insights
  • Multi-tenant application testing experience
  • GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipeline integration experience
  • Familiarity with self-healing automation frameworks and AI-enabled tools
  • Mortgage domain knowledge is good to have
