Job Description
Senior SQL Fraud Analyst investigating fraud across Mode Mobile apps using SQL, spreadsheets, and MMP data. Building safeguards in Wing’s remote operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate accounts for fraudulent activity and determine whether accounts are fraudulent
- Analyze MMP and partner network data from Singular, AppsFlyer, and Adjust to identify invalid and fraudulent activity
- Track fraud trends across Mode Mobile’s apps, including multi-accounting, device farms, emulators, VPN/proxy abuse, and AI-driven fraud
- Analyze large data exports using SQL and spreadsheets to identify patterns and anomalies
- Stay ahead of emerging fraud tactics
- Build and improve rules and safeguards to protect legitimate users
- Work cross-functionally with risk, product, data, engineering, and operational stakeholders
- Use AI tools and AI-supported workflows
Requirements:
- 4+ years in fraud analysis, trust and safety, risk, or a related analytical role
- Preferably experience in rewarded apps, offer walls, mobile gaming, fintech, or adtech
- Proficient in SQL and spreadsheets
- G Suite / Google Workspace required
- Comfort with AI-enabled workflows and tools required
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Python is nice-to-have
- Familiarity with MMP platforms — Singular, AppsFlyer, or Adjust — is nice-to-have
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
- Availability for 9 AM–5 PM CST, 40 hours per week
- Must be based in the Philippines
