Job Description
Senior Strategic Finance Analyst at Honest Health developing financial models to drive decision-making. Supporting cross-functional initiatives and optimizing performance for healthcare solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Produce valuable insights to improve decision-making by developing complex financial models
- Partner cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment to support critical business initiatives
- Evaluate growth initiatives, optimize performance, and support scalable execution of Honest’s core offerings
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for existing and prospective risk contracts
- Support the development of board and investor materials including strategic analyses, financial updates, and key performance indicators
- Support executive decision-making through scenario modeling, risk analysis, and ROI assessments
- Contribute to strategic planning cycles and long-range financial outlooks
- Collaborate with the Actuarial team to interpret claims data and track medical loss ratio trends
- Partner with business operations leaders to measure performance against benchmarks and identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field is required
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate finance and/or corporate strategy experience in a high-performing, fast-paced organization
- Demonstrated experience developing complex financial models for forecasting business performance and projecting project ROI/impact
- Experience producing presentation materials for executive and board of directors of financial insights and performance results
- Experience working with SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools is preferred
- Able to travel to Nashville, TN on an occasional basis
