Job Description
Senior Support Engineer at FreeWheel providing complex technical solutions and troubleshooting product implementations. Collaborating with sales teams and leading product demonstrations for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide complex technical solutions and troubleshooting for product implementations
- Support business operations by addressing product issues
- Collaborate with Sales teams for product modifications
- Lead product demonstrations to customers
- Develop test procedures and execute validation plans
- Document technical specifications and capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 Years of relevant work experience
- In-depth experience and knowledge in own discipline
- Skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Ability to troubleshoot product issues
- Experience in collaborating with sales teams
- Manage product demonstrations and technical presentations
