Job Description
Strategic Partner for Executive Talent Acquisition at EY, leading direct admit partner integration and enhancing employer brand. Collaborating with global leaders for successful hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner for the Executive leading the acquisition and integration of Direct Admit Partners
- Partner with Executive Leaders to calibrate role profiles, success outcomes, and approval pathways
- Manage vendor relationships and support DAP needs
- Coordinate with Global/Regional Executive leads to align messaging and talent pools
- Track and report funnel health and KPI delivery to Executive leaders
- Design tailored onboarding and integration plans for new DAPs
Requirements:
- Extensive executive/DAP recruiting experience in a global, matrixed environment
- Proven delivery across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to build relationships with virtual stakeholders
- Ability to flex work schedule to accommodate global time zones
- Proficiency with Avature and TA² dashboards/scorecards
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-pivot execution
- Rigorous process discipline (risk, independence, documentation)
- Deft handling of confidential information
