Job Description

Talent Acquisition Senior managing full recruitment cycle at Base Viral, a leading referral marketing company in Brazil. Enhancing hiring knowledge, conducting interviews, and ensuring candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Expand hiring knowledge across the company by training employees and ensuring they conduct high-quality interviews
  • Conduct market mapping through active sourcing
  • Track recruitment data and metrics
  • Customize the hiring journey for each role
  • Screen and qualify candidates
  • Conduct interviews and administer assessment/profile tests
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Keep hiring managers updated on the recruitment funnel
  • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates
  • Monitor the onboarding funnel and propose process improvements
  • Monitor the ramp-up funnel and propose process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment using interview techniques and assessment methods
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing/hunting and other channels
  • Experience with the onboarding journey
  • Experience with ramp-up funnels/processes
  • Previous experience working in consulting firms
