Job Description
Partner Advocate bridging mortgage operations and sales at Union Home Mortgage. Managing loan pipelines, external partner relationships, milestones, and customer requests.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between operations and sales
- Maintain relationships with external partners
- Oversee the overall life of the loan
- Field requests and questions from external partners and coordinate answers from TPO departments
- Guide and maintain the daily pipeline status and ensure movement of files
- Maintain timely and accurate information regarding TPO web presence
- Provide phone/video assistance for questions and system issues
- Meet crucial requested deadlines
- Develop relationships with external partners to support customer experience
- Review milestones and daily service levels for ongoing activity
- Assist with training on loan-level issues and system navigation
- Evaluate customer needs and tailor responses to external partner requests
- Meet regularly with Account Executives to strategize and develop weekly goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of work experience in a professional environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines routinely
- Experience dealing directly with consumers and/or business partners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, as verified through E-Verify
