Job Description
Principal Benefits Partner administering international benefits for Precision for Medicine, a global precision medicine clinical research services organization. Managing benefit plans, benchmarking, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and administer PMG’s international benefit plans and programs
- Conduct analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s regional benefits programs
- Support benefit plan benchmarking
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness
- Manage international benefit plans and administration, including benefit plan design benchmarking and broker management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related major
- At least 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience within an international organisation
- Experience working across different countries
- General understanding of process, payroll and labor law differences
- Expertise in messaging to support compensation and benefit programs aimed at leadership and employees
- Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language
