Job Description
Territory Account Manager driving sales and relationship management for genomic products. Focused on achieving sales goals and customer engagement in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of territory sales objectives
- Develop high value customer accounts selling Illumina's products
- Participate in sales activities and customer demos
- Coordinate sales activities and communicate strategies
- Monitor and direct customer purchasing activities
- Build relationships in the field
- Support recruitment of new sales people
- Conduct workshops and marketing activities
Requirements:
- High value customer accounts expertise
- Experience in driving sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to provide sales forecast updates
- Skills in customer relationship management
- Established comprehensive databases in CRM
- Negotiation skills for sales contracts
