Job Description
Analista sênior automatizando testes Web e API na Cyber Solutions, fábrica de software e body shop de TI. Estruturando frameworks, estratégias de qualidade e pipelines CI/CD.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, easy-to-maintain automation frameworks
- Build automation from the ground up
- Define testing strategies and test coverage
- Develop tests for web applications and APIs
- Plan and execute automated and manual tests, including functional, exploratory, and regression testing
- Identify risks and defects
- Use production incidents to expand test coverage
- Apply a Shift-Left culture starting during requirements refinement
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Support the automation of quality processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery reliability
- Prepare and manage test data for test execution
- Support test result analysis and the management of defects and test cases
- Serve as a technical reference in quality assurance and automation
- Mentor Junior and Mid-Level QA professionals
- Promote best practices
- Collaborate with Development, Product, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other teams
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in test automation
- Solid experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver
- Experience automating UI and API tests
- Experience with RestAssured
- Experience creating, structuring, or enhancing automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with functional, exploratory, and regression testing
- Knowledge of OOP and design patterns
- Knowledge of BDD, Gherkin, and Cucumber
- Knowledge of Git
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of JSON and YAML
- Knowledge of test management tools such as Jira and Xray
- Analytical and critical-thinking mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Assertive communication
- Ability to translate technical issues into business risks
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to mentor others and share knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred qualifications: experience with performance and load testing using JMeter or K6; knowledge of application security; experience with microservices, distributed architectures, serverless, and cloud-native environments; experience working in cloud environments; experience implementing automation in projects with no prior automation; knowledge of Generative AI applied to testing; ISTQB, CSTE, or similar certifications
