Job Description
Senior UX Researcher driving mixed-methods research for Avenga’s global digital products. Translating behavioral insights into actionable product and design recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, scope, and conduct generative, evaluative, qualitative, and quantitative research across complex product features
- Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative behavioral data into actionable recommendations for product and design teams
- Integrate usability testing, user interviews, and field research into agile sprint cycles
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle
- Apply usability metrics such as System Usability Scale, task success rates, and time-on-task
- Audit user flows to identify friction points, reduce cognitive load, and improve user journeys
- Align research roadmaps with business goals and select appropriate methodologies
- Lead research initiatives from study design and participant recruitment through moderation, data collection, and synthesis
- Present story-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders to influence product strategy
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of dedicated hands-on experience in User Research, Usability Testing, or Product Design Research within digital platforms
- Prior experience conducting research within Data, Analytics, AI-driven products, or complex system migration projects is highly desirable
- Solid proficiency in qualitative methodologies, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and field studies
- Solid proficiency in quantitative tools, including surveys, card sorting, and basic product analytics
- Proven experience embedding research insights into fast-paced, agile product development cycles
- Proven ability to operate independently and own research projects from brief to presentation
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate research findings and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
