Job Description

Senior UX Designer building research-led, code-backed prototypes for QIMA’s global quality-control platform. Improving client workflows, scalability, and measurable digital experience outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build deep expertise in QIMA clients’ needs and pain points
  • Design and lead rigorous discovery and user research practices
  • Create functional, clickable, and code-backed prototypes for engineering
  • Deliver prototypes that resolve ambiguity and enable faster software delivery
  • Maintain a high standard of UX craft and remove friction from client experiences
  • Build fluency in QIMA’s business context across divisions
  • Ground design decisions in business outcomes and align stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and finance
  • Design experiences suited to occasional users and intensive expert users
  • Design a modular client digital experience that scales across divisions and services
  • Break complex problems into iterative roadmap increments
  • Clear blockers and sustain an agile delivery pace
  • Define and track metrics such as portal adoption, task completion, time-to-insight, and client retention
  • Use data to prioritize decisions and report progress to clients and stakeholders
  • Embed AI into discovery, delivery, prototyping, and broader design-team practices

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in UX research, product design, or directly transferable skills, typically around 7 years
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder design problems from discovery through to a working prototype
  • Portfolio showing working prototypes, not only polished mockups
  • Experience where a prototype directly shaped an engineering decision or unblocked a build
  • Demonstrated commitment to high UX craft standards
  • High-growth or scale-up experience
  • High agency and ownership
  • Bias for action and an iterative mindset
  • Comfort with interactive, no-code, low-code, or basic front-end prototyping tools
  • Analytical ability to use data to support design decisions
  • Hands-on experience across client interviews, data analysis, and the full design workflow
  • Demonstrated use of AI-augmented design practices
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Based anywhere in Europe
  • Paris or London preferred, with hybrid work applying there

Benefits:

  • Remote work options
  • Hybrid work with flexible core hours
  • Flexible location options in Europe
  • AI tools and AI-augmented design practices
