Job Description
Strategic technical leader for wireless solutions, bridging engineering and operations for complex deployments and activations. Involves technical support, solution design, and collaboration with teams in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic technical leader in wireless solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering team for technical expertise
- Partner with Product and Sales Engineering teams for product design
- Serve as technical lead and engineer for complex wireless deployments
- Manage cellular equipment activations and onboarding
- Lead testing and certification of new wireless hardware
- Deliver training and review complex site surveys
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
- Technical support and solution design during pre-sales engagements
- Complex deployments and equipment activations
- Tier 3 escalation point for cellular issues
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for designs and operational processes
- Training sessions and materials for Junior Activations Engineers
