Job Description
Senior Zoho Implementation Consultant leading complex Zoho deployments and managing client relationships globally. Actively collaborating with global stakeholders and mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex Zoho deployments, encompassing CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Marketing suites.
- Partner directly with global stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable, high-performance technical blueprints.
- CRM customization and assisting our CRM Implementation / Project Managers in delivering functionality to our clients based in Australia / US / UK and NZ.
- Own the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, maintaining rigorous control over scope, milestones, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Manage Zoho developers to write custom functions and customizations.
- Writing custom functions/ basic integrations/testing, and implementing extensions for ZOHO CRM, Creator, and other Zoho Apps.
- Leverage your knowledge of the SaaS landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, Simpro) to migrate data and bridge gaps between disparate systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best-practice implementation.
- Continuously refine internal implementation methodologies to improve the deployment speed and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience in a consulting capacity.
- Mastery of the Zoho One suite, including Zoho Creator and the development suite.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes, multi-project portfolios simultaneously.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Deep understanding of APIs , webhooks, and third-party SaaS architectures (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Simpro)
