Job Description

SEO Specialist executing strategies aimed at improving organic visibility and website performance for various clients of WorkBetterNow with a focus on hands-on implementation and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute SEO strategies aligned with client goals
  • Perform on-page optimizations (metadata, content, internal links)
  • Conduct keyword research and basic competitive analysis
  • Support content planning and SEO-friendly copy updates
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Assist with technical SEO audits and implementation of fixes
  • Support Local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile updates
  • Prepare SEO reports and share clear insights with the team
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and developers
  • Use AI tools to support research, content outlines, and workflows

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Solid understanding of on-page and basic technical SEO
  • Experience with SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Technical Requirements: Processor (Intel 11th Gen or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series for Windows users and M2 for Macs), RAM: 16 GB minimum, 25-50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min), USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally).
