Job Description
Remote Service Engineer in Philips delivering advanced technical support and resolving customer inquiries for MRI diagnostics. Focused on enhancing service quality through effective communication and troubleshooting techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and delivering advanced remote technical support by telephone
- Leveraging specialized troubleshooting expertise and clear communication
- Resolving customer service events by leveraging Philips diagnostic tools
- Documenting all findings, actions, and case updates thoroughly
- Escalating complex or high-risk product issues promptly
- Ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory guidelines
- Utilizing appropriate remote support tools to diagnose and correct issues
- Applying best practices and continuous improvement principles
- Strengthening overall team productivity by sharing insights
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment
- Philips MRI experience and training is required
- ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to diagnose and repair equipment remotely
- PC competency to include utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products
- associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
