Job Description
Remote Service Engineer for Philips HealthTech ensuring customer satisfaction and operational targets. Handling technical inquiries, remote diagnostics, and knowledge management support.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, analyze and log technical requests for our scanner solutions.
- Perform remote diagnostics to efficiently resolve incidents.
- Create and track work orders, ensuring transparent and regular communication with the customer.
- Manage complaints and escalations, including safety-related issues.
- Contribute to knowledge development by writing, updating and submitting knowledge base articles.
- Participate in small projects and support a limited number of colleagues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an engineering, medical or scientific environment.
- Initial experience in a role involving direct and ongoing customer interaction.
- Excellent writing skills and advanced command of technical documentation.
- Strong ability to analyze and resolve issues remotely, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and rigor.
- Proven aptitude for collaborative work, with a willingness to share knowledge, best practices and feedback.
