Job Description

ServiceNow PPM / SPM Implementation Consultant partnering with stakeholders for project management capabilities. Focused on the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on portfolio management.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted partner to PMO stakeholders and DTE teams for portfolio, demand, and project management capabilities
  • Understand business strategy, investment priorities, and delivery models, and translate them into ServiceNow SPM / PPM solutions
  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules, including Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Planning, Resource and Capacity Management
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle plans for SPM / PPM capabilities
  • Manage relationships with ServiceNow implementation partners, system integrators, and internal delivery teams
  • Support data migration and transition from legacy portfolio or project management tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology discipline or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow SPM / PPM capabilities
  • Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models
  • Proven ability to build productive partnerships with business stakeholders
  • Experience translating complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow configurations with minimal customization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
