Job Description
Service Technician Dispatch/Customer Success Coordinator role for Beagle Services, Inc., handling smart home technology in residential plumbing. Customer-focused position with strong dispatch responsibilities in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- trained to understand the smart home devices and best practices on how to install the device at residential, multi-unit and some commercial properties
- talking with potential and repeated customers to establish and understand their needs for device installation requirements
- strong problem prevention and solving skills are a must
- learning and utilizing company software in order to provide customer invoicing, job description details and costing
- plumbing service technician dispatch responsibilities, such as scheduling jobs and confirming availability
- ensuring technicians have all necessary information to complete the work
- interaction and client liaison abilities to work with our national business partners
Requirements:
- Plumbing dispatch and coordination (2 years required)
- Customer success experience (2 years required, 3 - 4 years preferred)
- Experience with Startups (1 year preferred)
- Ability to schedule installation, coordinate with and help to prepare installers for the scope of work to be completed
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service
- Must pass pre-employment Background Check
