Job Description
SharePoint Developer-Administrator building and administering FAA Eastern Service Area knowledge-sharing sites for SAIC. Developing workflows, web parts, reporting, and document-management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support KSN site design, architecture, and functionality for the FAA Eastern Service Area Knowledge Sharing Network
- Create and customize individual KSN project sites
- Assist users with customization of project sites to meet program and project needs
- Create web parts to manage KSN site content and layout
- Develop custom workflows to automate document management
- Suggest improvements to KSN content, functionality, and alignment with FAA business processes
- Support communication of KSN-related and project-related items
- Maintain KSN sites and ensure access to pertinent data and reporting
- Report on information from KSN sites
- Analyze and organize stakeholder data for presentation
- Communicate required reports effectively
- Develop workload reports using Gantt charts to show project assignments and milestones
- Provide monthly and semi-annual status reports in the established format
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science and nine (9) years or more experience; or Master's and seven (7) years or more experience; or PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience
- Additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or similar collaboration system Site Administration required
- Knowledge of and experience with .NET 3.5/4.0, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery, MS Power Platforms and JSON
- Knowledge of and experience in Enterprise Records Management (ERM), Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) and/or Enterprise Information Management (EIM) is highly beneficial
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
