Job Description
Shopify Marketing Support Virtual Assistant assisting with product merchandising, image management, and collection organization. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals experienced in Shopify and e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Add and manage product tags within Shopify to ensure accurate collection assignments
- Apply descriptive tags to improve internal search functionality and filtering
- Maintain organized and consistent tagging systems across all listings
- Upload both studio and styled images to individual product listings
- Merchandise product images based on performance insights and visual hierarchy
- Ensure images are properly ordered to maximize conversion and aesthetic appeal
- Maintain visual consistency across listings
- Sort main collections based on visual balance and merchandising strategy
- Apply finalized sorting structures across all relevant sub-collections
- Use merchandising apps to manage product positioning
- Upload finalized product photos to Pinterest
- Ensure images are properly categorized and optimized for visibility
Requirements:
- Experience working within Shopify (required)
- Familiarity with Shopify merchandising tools such as Sort’d Collection Merchandiser or similar apps (preferred)
- Experience with Asana or similar task management platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles in e-commerce
- Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining consistency
- Strong English communication skills.
