Job Description
Social Commerce Strategist managing TikTok Shop and affiliate partnerships. Driving revenue and engagement through social commerce initiatives and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a TikTok Shop affiliate strategy and/or social ambassador aligned with brand objectives
- Management of affiliate messaging system and discord communities
- Manage social commerce initiatives across platforms like TikTok and Meta
- Track and report key metrics, including GMV, response rate, and program growth
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred)
- Proactive in staying current with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates in the social media landscape
- Proficiency in TikTok Shop Seller Center
- Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem and proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program
- Proven track record of successfully managing social media strategies for multiple clients
- Ability to analyze campaign data effectively
- Previous experience managing social commerce initiatives
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing influencer campaigns focused on driving specific performance metrics
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
