Job Description
Social media content specialist managing calendars and creative approvals for B2Spin, a free-to-play social casino company. Aligning campaigns with CRM, promotions, and compliance standards across social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage content calendars across all social media platforms
- Brief weekly content tasks every Monday, setting priorities and maintaining production workflows
- Write detailed creative briefs for designers and copywriters
- Collaborate with the CRM team on campaigns, promotions, tournaments, giveaways, and on-site updates
- Review and approve designs and copy against brand, compliance, and platform best-practice standards
- Manage external agencies and provide constructive feedback
- Improve production and approval processes
Requirements:
- Background in social casino, sweepstakes casino, iGaming, or a closely related industry
- Proven experience managing social media content calendars at pace
- Strong written communication skills, especially for clear and detailed creative briefs
- Hands-on experience with task management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp
- Strong eye for design, copy, and high-performing social content
- Experience running QA and approving creative work in compliance-driven environments
