Job Description

Dynamic social media coordinator for Diamond Braces, focusing on audience engagement and content strategy across platforms. Enhance brand visibility and patient acquisition through effective social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other assigned platforms.
  • Create and schedule platform-native content.
  • Write hooks, captions, CTAs, and engagement-focused copy.
  • Research trending topics and adapt trends into branded content.
  • Build weekly content calendars.
  • Coordinate approval workflows.
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats across platforms.
  • Identify high-performing content opportunities based on trends, audience psychology, engagement behavior, and competitor analysis.
  • Structure content around hooks, retention, shares, saves, and conversation generation.
  • Develop short-form content systems that can be scaled across locations.
  • Analyze what content performs well and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and engagement activity.
  • Maintain same-business-day response standards.
  • Identify recurring audience questions, concerns, and trends.
  • Escalate operational or patient-related issues using established SOPs.
  • Support a professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned communication style across social platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing leadership and paid media vendors.
  • Assist with ad creative organization, content testing, hook testing, audience feedback analysis, and landing page/content alignment.
  • Monitor social campaign performance trends.
  • Provide monthly social media and content performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Experience managing social media for direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or service-based brands.
  • Strong understanding of short-form content trends and viral content mechanics.
  • Strong understanding of audience psychology, engagement behavior, conversion-focused content, and social media growth.
  • Experience writing hooks, captions, CTAs, and engagement-focused copy.
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and reporting or analytics tools.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow structured systems, SOPs, approval workflows, and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage content calendars and repetitive operational tasks with accuracy.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Able to analyze performance data and recommend content improvements.
  • Preferred: Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Preferred: Experience with paid social coordination or supporting paid media campaigns.
  • Preferred: Experience with healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or multi-location service businesses.
  • Preferred: Experience working with offshore or remote teams.
  • Preferred: Experience creating social media reports for leadership or management.
