Job Description

Social Media Manager editing and distributing marketing content across platforms including podcasts. Collaborating with teams to reformat and manage social media and marketing content.

Responsibilities:

  • Repurpose podcast content into short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
  • Create quote graphics and captions
  • Edit and format video clips for platform optimization
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
  • Maintain posting schedules and content calendars
  • Upload content to websites and landing pages
  • Repost and redistribute content strategically
  • Create presentations and pitch decks
  • Develop marketing materials and sales assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership
  • Create and manage newsletters

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of major social platforms
  • Experience editing short-form video content
  • Comfortable using AI tools in marketing workflows
  • Highly organized with strong execution skills
  • Able to work quickly and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Nice to Have: Experience supporting podcasts or content-driven brands
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools
  • Marketing or content operations experience
