Job Description
Social Media Manager responsible for Instagram and TikTok at Kess Berlin. Developing content strategies and ensuring brand consistency within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
- As a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) at Kess, you will take responsibility for our social channels with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- You develop creative content ideas, execute them independently, and continuously monitor platform trends, performance, and algorithms.
- As part of our Social Media & Communications team, you work both operationally and strategically: you take a holistic approach to content, develop formats, and actively shape how we are perceived as a beauty brand.
- In line with our brand guidelines, you ensure aesthetic storytelling, strong visuals, and a consistent brand presence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media/content creation, ideally at a brand or agency.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and creativity, with an understanding of minimalist, clean brand design.
- Up to date with social media trends and passionate about beauty and lifestyle topics.
- Confident user of CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
- Strong communication skills, excellent writing ability, and good editorial judgment.
- Organizational talent and a structured, independent working style with a strong solution-oriented, hands-on mentality.
- Ideally experience with, or willingness to, appear on camera.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
