Job Description
Social Media Marketing Specialist at SBC Performance driving social media growth and content production. Building strong engaged communities across multiple platforms for a performance-driven marketing agency.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a multi-channel social media strategy (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Reddit)
- Lead daily short-form content production: ideas, scripts, coordination/shooting, posting, and iteration
- Manage a content ecosystem of creators, editors, freelancers, and UGC partners
- Translate AI and tech topics into simple, engaging content formats
- Grow and manage communities (especially Reddit): discussions, AMAs, engagement loops
- Build and oversee influencer/creator collaborations, briefs, and content approvals
- Track performance and optimize hooks, formats, and storytelling based on data
- Set monthly OKRs and present weekly insights, trends, and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- 3+ years in SMM, digital content creation, or community management
- Proven success growing social channels (bonus if from scratch)
- Experience working with creators, editors, and freelancers
- Strong understanding of AI, EdTech, or technology-driven content
- Mastery of short-form video formats and storytelling
- Data-driven approach with fast execution and iteration
- Excellent communication and creative direction skills
- Advanced English proficiency
