Job Description

Especialista em configuração de software no Inatel, instituto brasileiro de tecnologia e pesquisa. Gerindo releases, documentação, dados de produtos e processos de ciclo de vida em regime remoto.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review software configuration data, product information, and supply structures in corporate systems.
  • Support software and product release activities, including documentation, approvals, status updates, and readiness checks.
  • Prepare and maintain release notes, product communications, lifecycle information, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate software packages, licenses, access requirements, and other release-related information.
  • Update product and software lifecycle milestones, ensuring system records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support activities related to commercial compliance, packaging information, approvals, and document archiving.
  • Maintain information on licenses, contracts, commercial data, and documentation for third-party products and software.
  • Support vendor-related activities, purchase orders, invoices, costs, and pricing.
  • Monitor operational, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports and track outstanding actions, risks, and data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, compliance, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improvements in configuration processes, release management, documentation, and lifecycle management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in software or product configuration management, technical documentation, release management, product lifecycle management, DevOps operations, or related areas.
  • Experience working with structured software and product data, technical or commercial information.
  • Knowledge of software or product release processes and configuration control.
  • Experience coordinating activities, documentation, and approvals across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with corporate systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced English (reading/writing/speaking), with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in meetings, emails, and technical or operational documents.
  • Additional higher education or technical training in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related areas (desirable).
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, software, or manufacturing sectors (desirable).
  • Familiarity with configuration management, release management, product lifecycle management tools, ERP, CI/CD, or document management systems (desirable).
  • Knowledge of software licensing, procurement, commercial compliance, third-party products, or cost management (desirable).
