Job Description
Software Consultant at Kardex specializing in automation solutions for intralogistics with pre-sales responsibilities. Collaboration with clients to develop and implement software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the software solution and the Pre-Sales activity in our sales phase
- Develop a solution with our software platform, present our standard to customers and create the needed documentation
- Develop processes within our software together with our potential customers
- Development and implementation of software concepts for intralogistics solutions
- Pre-Sales Demonstrations with our software solution for potential customers on-site
- Presentation of final software solution to customers (on-site and remotely)
- Support in preparing quotations and conducting feasibility studies
- Coordination with specialist departments, suppliers and calculation of software costs
- Preparation of quotation documents and introduction of software standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Business Informatics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in intralogistics, software consulting, or pre-sales
- Experience in presenting complex software solutions to customers
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, requirements analysis, and solution design
- Fluent English required; additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
