Job Description
Solutions Architect with expertise in HR technology architecture for Total Rewards at Netflix. Leading design and execution of solutions that drive measurable impact on people operations.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage the Workday, Beqom and Total Rewards platforms
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end processes between 3P platforms and Workday.
- Work closely with HR, Engineering, vendors, and third-party integrators to optimize talent workflows and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and enhance compensation, benefits, internal mobility, and leave processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity, synchronization, and security across platforms.
- Support the rollout of new features across SaaS platforms.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, integration flows, and business processes.
- Stay current with updates to Workday and HR technologies, recommending improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR technology architecture, with a focus on Total Rewards.
- Deep technical expertise with Workday Beqom or similar Compensation tools, Workday, and related Benefits platforms and providers.
- Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and extensibility.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end business solutions that drive significant operational or strategic impact.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing at the organizational level.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
