Job Description

Solutions Engineer leading client engagements for ModSquad's SaaS and AI solutions. Responsible for technical implementation and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery — owning the technical implementation, the client relationship, and the outcome
  • Design and build solutions across the partner ecosystem (Zendesk, Zoom CX, Workato, Observe.ai, and others)
  • Translate client needs into technical specifications
  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, including agentic automations
  • Document what you build — implementation guides, integration specs, workflow diagrams
  • Manage issues and escalations with a systems mindset
  • Support pre-sales conversations when your technical perspective adds value

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience implementing and administering SaaS platforms in client-facing roles
  • Hands-on experience with CX platforms (Zendesk, Zoom Contact Center, or similar) and workflow automation tools (Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration
  • Real experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Documentation habits that make the next person's job easier
  • A systems thinker who solves for root causes
  • High EQ, personal accountability, and a sense of humor
