Job Description
Solutions Architect for PLM responsible for implementing SAP S/4HANA at Integer Holdings Corporation. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product lifecycle management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, configure and implement PLM using SAP S/4HANA aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Primary point of contact for IBP, with ability to make configuration changes, as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable PLM and IBP solutions.
- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing and make-to-order processes.
- Define integration strategies between SAP PLM and systems like SAP S/4HANA, CAD, PDM, and MES.
- Provide technical leadership during PLM and IBP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Assist with scoping prospective changes and advising business and ERP/IT leadership.
- Ensure solutions adhere to internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP PLM, with at least 3 years in S/4HANA Materials Management architecture and implementation.
- At least two full-cycle SAP PLM implementations in an architect or lead role.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
- Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations, preferably in a global environment.
- Medical Device industry experience is a plus.
