Job Description

Solutions Architect helping Cohere, an enterprise AI company, expand UAE and MENA customer adoption. Designing AI solutions and leading enterprise and government customer pilots.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions
  • Partner with account executives, partners, and executive leadership to communicate and demonstrate the value of Cohere technology
  • Own the technical relationship with customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor
  • Increase adoption of Cohere products internally and externally
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to shape future products
  • Lead the design and deployment of customer pilots for strategic enterprise and government customers
  • Lead the technical talk track on customer calls
  • Design enterprise architectures for North deployments
  • Conduct deep dives on customer queries and Cohere technology
  • Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots
  • Develop and document processes enabling the solutions architect and adjacent teams to scale
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align offerings with customer needs
  • Work with partners to develop strategies for enabling and accelerating their customers
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and liaison between customers and the product team
  • Guide customers on Cohere best practices, identify platform improvements, cultivate technical champions, and drive adoption

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant, or similar experience
  • Passion for Generative AI
  • Understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLMs and AI technologies
  • Familiarity with foundational ML concepts, including training and evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to CEOs and technical audiences
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and uncharted environments
  • Ability to identify and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments
  • Comfortable working with Python and Assistive Coding tools
  • Native-level Arabic required
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE
  • Preferred: 2+ years architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions
