Job Description
Solutions Engineer at ISC2 supporting design and delivery of product solutions. Collaborating with various teams to ensure platforms are scalable and aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, configuration, and delivery of product and platform solutions
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams
- Prepare and maintain system documentation including architecture diagrams and integration maps
- Develop knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical solution delivery
- Foundational understanding of enterprise platforms (CRM, CMS, ERP, eCommerce, analytics)
- Familiarity with APIs and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
