Job Description
Lead the Workflow Solutions Engineering team at gaiia, specializing in network automation for telecom operators. Manage solution design and delivery while mentoring Solution Engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers
- Build and deliver network automation workflows
- Own the solutioning pipeline
- Run customer-facing discovery sessions
- Build repeatable frameworks
- Introduce operating rhythm to the team
- Cross-train the team
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering squads, and Customer Success to advocate for tooling improvements
Requirements:
- at least five (5) years of experience in software development or technical solution engineering
- at least two (2) years of experience leading or mentoring a team of technical professionals
- experience building or configuring integrations and automations — APIs, webhooks, provisioning logic, or workflow engines
- strong customer-facing communicator
- ability to deal with uncertainty
- process-oriented with a strong product mindset
