Job Description
Remote Sourcing Specialist helping Pear Tree identify and engage qualified candidates for staffing opportunities. Building talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, and candidate screening.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage candidates using Workable and other sourcing platforms for current and upcoming hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews to assess candidate fit, interest, and qualifications
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate profiles and pipelines within the ATS
- Collect and manage candidate requirements, including introduction videos, portfolios, assessments, and supporting materials
- Coordinate and track candidate assessments for timely processing
- Collaborate with recruiters to support candidates through the early hiring stages
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing or offshore staffing environment
- Experience with an IT service-based business; Microsoft industry experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience using ATS tools, preferably Workable
- Proven hands-on experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is required
- Ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong communication and people skills for candidate outreach, engagement, and screening
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple sourcing pipelines and tasks simultaneously
- Basic familiarity with typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods
- Ability to accurately review resumes and assess candidate fit against role requirements
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
