Job Description
Spiritueller Coach für Online-Coachings auf myCoachz, einer digitalen Plattform für Coaching, persönliche Entwicklung und mentale Gesundheit. Flexible, selbstständige Begleitung von Klient*innen per Videoplattform.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct online coaching sessions via the secure myCoachz video platform
- Independently design your coaching services with individual specializations, e.g., spiritual guidance, consciousness development, meditation, energy work, mindfulness, self-discovery, intuition, or personal development
- Set your own prices, availability and coaching hours
- Support clients through personal transformation processes, questions of meaning, internal blocks, emotional challenges, and on their spiritual development path
- Communicate professionally, empathetically and confidentially with clients through the platform
Requirements:
- Completed, certified training in Spiritual Coaching, consciousness work, meditation, energy work, hypnosis, or a comparable field
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience supporting clients
- Solid knowledge of spiritual development, mindfulness, personal development, or holistic life counseling
- Professional, empathetic and respectful manner with strong communication skills
- Experience in online coaching or openness to digital counseling formats
- Self-employed or freelance status
- Proof of qualifications, e.g., certificates or training records
- Willingness to work according to ethical and professional standards
- A valid coaching certification is required to join the network
