Job Description

Manage assigned sponsored programs during the award life cycle at Prisma Health. Provide oversight on project financials, customer service to PIs, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee assigned sponsored programs during the award life cycle
  • Project financial administration, billing, collection, reporting, closeout, and audits
  • Provide high-level customer service to Principal Investigator (PI) and their delegates
  • Serve as primary liaison with the sponsor
  • Prepare and submit invoices to sponsors
  • Analyze and resolve problems related to administration and compliance
  • Ensure timely closeout of projects to defined standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred)
  • Two (2) years related experience
  • Experience in research administration including post-award services
  • Knowledge of Uniform Guidance requirements preferred
  • Computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing)
  • Mathematical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with various audiences
  • Ability to identify issues and solve problems
