Job Description
Manage assigned sponsored programs during the award life cycle at Prisma Health. Provide oversight on project financials, customer service to PIs, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee assigned sponsored programs during the award life cycle
- Project financial administration, billing, collection, reporting, closeout, and audits
- Provide high-level customer service to Principal Investigator (PI) and their delegates
- Serve as primary liaison with the sponsor
- Prepare and submit invoices to sponsors
- Analyze and resolve problems related to administration and compliance
- Ensure timely closeout of projects to defined standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred)
- Two (2) years related experience
- Experience in research administration including post-award services
- Knowledge of Uniform Guidance requirements preferred
- Computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing)
- Mathematical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with various audiences
- Ability to identify issues and solve problems
