Job Description
Supply chain specialist managing Shopify and Amazon operations for a DTC plumbing fixtures brand. Maintaining SKU, purchasing, inventory, costing, and reporting data.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain SKU records in Airtable
- Generate UPC barcodes and FNSKUs
- Manage SKU rollovers from setup through completion
- Coordinate SKU-related label updates with the designer
- Maintain accurate packaging files across Google Drive, Shopify, and Airtable
- Verify barcode and SKU details before supplier release
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Calculate associated component requirements
- Review proforma invoice costs and record them against purchase order lines in Airtable
- Maintain payment records, supplier confirmations, inspection reports, vendor credit documentation, and purchasing files
- Support monthly accounts payable reconciliation
- Run weekly inventory validation across supply chain locations and escalate discrepancies
- Reconcile open and historical purchase orders
- Maintain accurate cost data and verify landed cost by SKU and model
- Keep product specifications current and maintain the Google Drive file library
- Assemble data for weekly forecast outlier reviews and monthly FIFO and COGS reporting
- Update monthly KPI trackers and monitor stock-in and stock-out status
- Communicate changes across the business and maintain product lead-time data in Airtable
- Follow SOPs, validate automated outputs, and flag anomalies
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or purchase order administration
- Shopify experience
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations from purchasing through inventory, costing, and reporting
- Hands-on experience issuing purchase orders, entering supplier costs, tracking payments, following up on documentation, and maintaining accurate purchasing records
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, including confidence working with exports, lookups, and reconciliations
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills at C1 level or above
- Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
- Fluent in Airtable (nice-to-have)
- Experience in Amazon Seller Central (nice-to-have)
- Experience with imported goods or overseas manufacturing supply chains (nice-to-have)
- Bookkeeping or accounts payable background (nice-to-have)
- Day-to-day use of AI tools (nice-to-have)
