Job Description
Startup Careers Coach helping candidates apply AI in their work and supporting their entire career journey. Joining an AI-native team at Leland to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Help candidates apply AI fundamentals and AI automation to their work
- Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate potential companies and opportunities
- Support the full career journey, including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and networking strategy to help candidates land the right role at a startup
- Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student
Requirements:
- Professional experience working at or advising startups
- Prior coaching or mentoring experience
- A clear, structured approach to helping candidates navigate the fast-paced startup hiring landscape
