Job Description
State Manager responsible for Vendor relationships and market growth in clean energy fintech. Drive product adoption and expand market presence with travel requirements for vendor onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- The State Manager is responsible for driving growth at Brighte by identifying, onboarding, and managing Vendor relationships.
- This role plays a key part in expanding Brighte’s market presence, increasing product adoption, and delivering value to partners and customers.
- In this role, you will be required to travel within the state regularly and interstate when required
Requirements:
- You have proven experience in business development, sales, and account management with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- You have solid experience developing and managing client relationships
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and negotiation techniques
- You bring strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in combination with excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
- You are self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- You have solid commercial awareness and financial acumen and are able to identify opportunities and turn them into winning partnership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling business
- Experience within Sales, Finance, Solar, electrical is highly advantageous
