Job Description
Stock Plan Services Associate supporting the day-to-day operations of Empower's stock plan services platform. Processing transactions, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Process stock plan transactions including plan setup, participant account reviews, reconciliations, and issue resolution
- Support equity transactions related to RSU vestings, ESPP events, option exercises, and 10b5-1 instructions
- Initiate and monitor DWAC and DTC transfers while coordinating with clearing firms to ensure accurate settlement
- Reconcile trade executions, allocations, and participant accounts across multiple platforms
- Research and resolve operational, trading, and account-related exceptions
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support stock plan trading activities and operational readiness
- Support audits, compliance requests, process improvements, and daily service activities to deliver an exceptional client experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent financial services experience
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in stock plan services, brokerage operations, or trading support
- FINRA Series 7 registration and fingerprinting required
- Experience with stock plan administration, equity trading, or brokerage operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
