Job Description

Site Management Associate supporting clinical trial monitoring and compliance for ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. French- and English-speaking role focused on payment-related site management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites
  • Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
  • Support site management activities, including documentation preparation, data entry, and tracking site performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and address site-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities
  • Contribute to the preparation of monitoring reports
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills in clinical trial management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, business administration or clinical research
  • Some experience in clinical research, site management, or related administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in French and English is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%)
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
