Job Description
Associate Cloud Specialist monitoring and troubleshooting Hyland’s hosted cloud solutions in India. Supporting incident response, disaster recovery testing, maintenance, and customer requests.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve monitoring alerts
- Handle requests from customers, partners, and the company's services team
- Support incident response, Disaster Recovery failover testing, and scheduled maintenance windows within the cloud environment
- Respond to basic inbound phone calls, tickets, and emails regarding cloud-hosted solutions
- Interact with customers, partners, and internal resources to understand ticket requests
- Respond to internal monitoring alerts and take timely corrective action
- Support cloud infrastructure, networking, and hosting tools to ensure high availability of customer solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic cloud issues using company systems, utilities, and support processes
- Contribute to internal documentation covering issue resolution and hosted-system maintenance
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ yrs of experience
- Experience in Incident Management
- Foundational understanding of cloud hosting environments and support processes
- Knowledge of systems administration principles, Microsoft Windows, networking, and virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server environments, including Microsoft Active Directory, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure monitoring tools and executing corrective action workflows
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience contributing to internal documentation and audit information gathering
- Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity processes within cloud-hosted environments
