Job Description
Territory Coverage Associate supporting Mondelēz snack-brand merchandising across Georgia markets. Covering store visits, promotional displays, and field execution for Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and execution excellence
- Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory
- Deliver customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz standards and expectations
- Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards
- Capture display photos and document execution through DMI and Salesforce
- Implement promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans
- Follow schedules and daily priorities set by the District Manager or RTM
- Support new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events
- Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership
- Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers
- Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management advancement
- Follow safety protocols and company vehicle policies while lifting, bending, moving, pushing, and pulling product
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
- Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team
- Flexible Schedule availability required, including weekends
- Ability to travel across assigned markets
- Ability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling
- Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution
- Confident using mobile tools and applications, DMI, and Salesforce to document execution and capture display photos
- Ability to manage schedules, store visits, coverage assignments, and multiple locations
- Ability to reinforce foundational skills and support onboarding of Merchandisers and Order Writers
- Ability to follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies
