Job Description

Revenue engine role in a high-performing consultancy requiring extensive B2B marketing experience. Managing sales processes and leading a team towards exceptional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the revenue engine behind a high-performing consultancy
  • Manage every stage of the sales process from lead capture through close
  • Speaking Event Ownership (End-to-End)
  • Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development
  • Manage all scheduling, calendar coordination, and CRM hygiene
  • Customizes the discovery call facilitation guide
  • Manages full-time Sales Coordinator from day one

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years in marketing strategy, B2B consulting, or agency-side business development
  • Deep fluency in how mid-market B2B businesses grow through marketing
  • Comfortable presenting to and building relationships with founders and CEOs
  • Strong written communicator
  • Genuinely tech-savvy
  • AI-proficient
