Job Description
Revenue engine role in a high-performing consultancy requiring extensive B2B marketing experience. Managing sales processes and leading a team towards exceptional growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the revenue engine behind a high-performing consultancy
- Manage every stage of the sales process from lead capture through close
- Speaking Event Ownership (End-to-End)
- Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development
- Manage all scheduling, calendar coordination, and CRM hygiene
- Customizes the discovery call facilitation guide
- Manages full-time Sales Coordinator from day one
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in marketing strategy, B2B consulting, or agency-side business development
- Deep fluency in how mid-market B2B businesses grow through marketing
- Comfortable presenting to and building relationships with founders and CEOs
- Strong written communicator
- Genuinely tech-savvy
- AI-proficient
