Job Description
Strategy & Operations Manager for Sales Development & Marketing at Google Cloud. Defining and optimizing strategies for SDR team expansion and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for augmenting the SDR team
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to refine processes
- Analyze key performance metrics and monitor SDR team performance
- Identify opportunities to leverage new tools and methodologies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing analytics platforms
