Job Description
Sourcing Coordinator responsible for sourcing solutions and supplier management in clinical research field. Analyzing complex requirements and mentoring junior team members in procurement practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical sourcing solutions for depot, investigation medicinal product, courier, and ancillary supplies
- Analyze and understand complex customer requirements
- Provide professional advice and ongoing support to meet study requirements
- Play a leading role in supplier management
- Initiate and develop advanced sourcing ideas
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of sourcing
- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
- Proven effective cross-functional business team experience
- Strong organizational time management skills
- Strong process and project management skills
- Understanding of Clinical Studies and related Supply Chain aspects
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
